When the therapist visited the care provided could not be faulted, but I think the time between visits and to receive additional equipment was unacceptable. Of course, this was probably due to service cuts but still it would be helpful to be told there is a 8 - 12 week wait between visits.

Really good service. Chair is good and comfortable. Good for us to travel anywhere. Chair is helpful.
